Statistics has its applications crept in every field irrespective of domain/discipline. It has become a general curriculum for all professional courses, especially where research is involved. The traditional statistical methods consume a lot of time to complete data analysis due to the fact that they involved manual processes. In the advent of technological advancements, most of the mathematical calculations, data analysis, computing, etc.,  have been automated while enterprise resource planning being the integrated management of main business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology. One of such packages is SPSS – Statistical Package for Social Sciences which contains powerful tools for automated analysis of data.

As part of Academia and Industry Collaboration, IIHRD has ideated to present you a National Webinar on “Application of Data Analytics using SPSS”, in association with the prestigious Dr. MGR Educational & Research Institute (Deemed to be University), Chennai scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 9th December 2020 from 3-4 pm.

The resource person, Mr. Dinesh Babu is a Senior Business Analyst with 10 years of experience.  He possesses expert knowledge being SPSS, Python, and R Software Data Modeler and Data Analyst with high proficiency in Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Requirement gathering, and Data Modeling. Earlier he worked with Capgemini, iGate, Patni Systems Pvt. Ltd., His areas of expertise are  Data Profiling, Data Quality, and Data Governance.  He is proficient in Normalization, De-normalization techniques in Relational/Dimensional database environments. He acquired SQL Certification from Microsoft Corporation; Awarded a Certificate of Achievement from Google Analytics.  He also got Cloud Computing Certification from NIIT Ltd., He was awarded PhD Management Science from BITS, Pilani. He did his MBA from ICFAI Business School and BTech from Anna University. He has also organized events like  TIE-ISB Connect by the Indian School of Business (ISB).
