Dear All,
Seasonal Greetings!
It is an immense pleasure to make this platform of IIHRD available to all those who would endeavor to build greater synergies between the two imperative constituents, the academia, and the industry, in building a better nation. It is a humble beginning yet committed to continue the expedition pursuing the goals and objectives that are set by its founders. The IIHRD had started its journey in 2009 with a Facebook/LinkedIn group wherein the recruiters and job seekers joined together for a mutually beneficial association. Later the founders thought of expanding this to the next level and hence this initiative.
The core objective is to serve academia and industry in the best manner possible. The learning community is encouraged to participate actively and exchange their views so that they are heard by the industry, and vice versa for the internship programmes, placement fairs, etc. IIHRD is significantly committed to persuading for industry-oriented multi-disciplinary research, project-based learning. It ensures through its interactions with various stakeholders cultural diversity for a vibrant campus life that truly reflects the corporate or industry. For this, it assists the students/freshers in designing their CVs and projecting themselves appropriately to realize their real potential so as to get placed at suitable organizations.
IIHRD is also determined to assist the research scholars in business management and business administration in their research voyage of both qualitative and quantitative methods. It believes that this helps them to arrive at persuasive and hardnosed conclusions. As part of it, it also attempts to provide a stage for both job seekers to upload their profiles and recruiters for post the vacancies available. In addition, the team is geared up to be part of the organizational re-assessment process according to ISO quality management systems for which it has tied up with subject matter experts.
Admittedly, in the process of delivering its services, IIHRD might collect scanty fees for certain services which might involve incurring expenses from IIHRD, too, and this only for purposes of sustaining its existence but not with a profit-motive. Hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
At this juncture, I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Shahzoor Ali, Director, Dr Rajesh Vaidya, and Dr KDV Prasad, Sr.Consultants, for their continued support to get to this stage.
